Day 5:
Palm Springs - San Diego (170 miles)
Twisty mountain roads taking you across the Cleveland Forest back in the desert and again with narrow curves up to the town of Julian with its famous apple pies. Wind your way down to La Jolla on the Pacific Coast of San Diego.
Day 6:
San Diego (optional riding day)
Wane go on a City Tour on the Bike or with a Bus? We recommend ½ day See World and a tour on San Diego's trolley bus across downtown to the Hotel Coronado. Spend some time on the beach and stroll along the quality shops of La Jolla.
Day 7:
San Diego - Santa Monica (270 miles)
Ride along Southern California's Beaches. Take some curvy twisty mountain roads to the rim of the world in the San Bernardino Forest. Cross Downtown Los Angeles well guided and supported by the AdMo team on easy not too busy routes to the end of Route 66 in Santa Monica.
Day 8:
Santa Monica (optional riding day)
A day of options. One can take the motorcycle and ride the Sunset Boulevard to Hollywood. Others might prefer a guided bus tour across the City of Angeles. Or a day on the beach at Venice, shopping at the Rodeo Drive or riding the twists of the Santa Monica mountains.
Day 9:
Santa Monica - Pismo Beach (230 miles)
Ride through the Santa Monica mountains up and down in many tight turns to the Rockstore where you find LA's motorcycle scene. Along the costal hwy 1 to Santa Barbara and the Danish town of Solvang. Find today's hotel located direct at the beach with miraculous sunsets
Day 10:
Pismo Beach - Three River (270 miles)
Hwy 1 is twisting you between cliff and shore along the Pacific until a narrow road turns with alpine switchbacks east towards the central valley. Cross the gold coast to the orange farms into a narrow canyon where Three River is providing a hub for the Sequoia National Park visitors.
Day 11:
Three River - Mariposa (190 miles)
A day dedicated to nature and curvy roads! Switchbacks taking you into the Sequoia NP where you can see some 1500 year old trees. A seldom traveled back-road provides great riding through rolling hills along lakes and rivers.
